Applied for a loan online in December and got a response literally 30 seconds later from Garrett O'Neill. From the start he was all in and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in securing our loan. This was a complex refi involving paying out 2 liens, but Garrett and his team were able to concoct the best scenario conventional loan for us. The entire process took 35 days from application to closing (with holidays in between). I couldn't be happier with my experience with Garrett and ECLICK lending, they are rockstars!

I was looking to refinance my house and I came across eclick lending. I filled out a short questionnaire on the web and I immediately got a call from Garrett. He walked me through the entire process. I was able to close within 20 days.

Garrett was easy to work with and was knowledgeable about different products. He was always quick to respond to my calls or emails. The Jumbo loan process was difficult. But Garrett did a good job navigating the requirements for me.

After my poor experience with another online lending company a while back, I was a bit skeptical about engaging another online lending company. However, my experience working with Eclick was nothing but positive. I had the pleasure to work with Garrett who was outstanding in his approach and assisted with not only providing good quotes but also was very helpful throughout the process till the loan was fully funded. I appreciated the openness and that there were no extra 'hidden' costs to my loan.

Very helpful! Was a pretty painless process & went smoothly! I was wary about refinancing online where you don't actually sit down with someone face to face, but the interest rate was great & the whole process was easy & happened fairly quickly. I would refinance this way in the future.

I worked with Garrett to refinance out of a construction loan to a 30 year fixed. Although the process was very involved, Garrett was extremely patient and up front about costs and issues that may arise. It was a pleasure working with him and I would definitely use him/eClick again.
