Garrett was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, patient with me. He kindly explained things I had trouble with, went through a few different options with me, and kept in touch without being pushy. Process was quick, each step took place in the time frame he laid out. He was honest and there was no tricky business. He says what he means and means what he says!

Garrett did a wonderful job with our refinance. This was our first time doing a refi via online banks so we were very careful to do our research on EClick and Midwest. Turns out they are great companies and have been around for a long time. Garrett was very communicative along the whole process and we never felt lost, or waited long for an answer and the next step. It was great to sign edocuments online, this really sped things up. This whole process really changed our mind. Highly recommended!!

Ended going with eclick because Garrett was awesome. I filled out an app online, he contacted me next day, within a week we were set and closed in less than 3 weeks. Fast and efficient. Blew the other guy we were working with outof the water from another lender.
