I've done a few mortgages and this was the easiest one by miles. The process was quick and was the best rate I could find when shopping around.

I've done a few mortgages and this was the easiest one by miles. It closed in less than a month from the initial process. Numbers didn't change and Garrett is very responsive to emails or text messages. They also offered me 15/15 ARM product which is exactly what I needed.

We wanted to refi our home earlier this year, and we were in the middle of a refi with another lender who was taking a long time getting things closed. I had reach out to Garrett who at the time was offering a similar deal to our lender so we decided to stick with our current lender since the terms were similar and we were already in the process. Garrett listened to my needs and always did his best to find a solution to any problem that arose during the loan process. He made me feel like I have a watchful brother that alerted me to lower interest rate. He is honest and respectful, very pleasant to work with. I can't imagine working with any other loan officer.

Garrett, managed my refi for my home in SoCal and after being denied by many lenders due to some bad investments. Garrett was able to assist me get into a product, which fit my needs.
