Great steak, great atmosphere, great drinks, great service!
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. I sat at the bar. Enjoyed every minute of it.
Let me preface this review by saying that Carlos, Izzy, and QT offer the best service possible. These folks go above and beyond to make sure that we have the best dining experience possible. They always go above and beyond our expectations. Now the “but”. The food has been better. One item was incorrect, but Izzy quickly made right. The jerk chicken has been better. Had an extraordinary great experience eating at the restaurant. Two of us were enjoying our birthday dinner. Mackenzie are a waitress was Top Notch. She even had them make two birthday desserts for us. This was our first time eating at the restaurant from the greeting all the way to exiting the staff were great! We have dined here several times and have been very pleased however, this visit, not extremely busy and took 45 min for appetizers and another 35 min for entree. Was very surprised and disappointed the filet was tough. I have never had a tough filet Minon. Hopefully quality will improve.
As always, garrison Oak steakhouse has the best customer service. From the time we are greeted by Mario, to the time we exit the restaurant. We tried new items on the menu and our server Izzy suggested several items that were phenomenal. Izzy is always great, friendly and attentive. QT love to check on us, and always make sure our water cups are filled. The three amigos will be back sooner than later😊
Had reservations for 5 and we arrived 15 minutes early. The hostess was able to setup our table within 5 minutes. Walking in, the decor and ambiance were 5 star worthy. Everyone from the host to the waiter and everyone in between were very helpful and knowledgeable if we had any questions. We are visiting from Texas. My suggestion is that I believe a potato and salad should be included with the cost of your meal. Other than that it was great
Food was absolutely amazing! The server was great, but service was really, really slow and we got there right when they opened. Dirty dishes from the appetizer and bread were never cleared from the table despite us moving them to the edge of the table. Also, no steak knife came with dinner, we had to ask for one. Kind of disappointing for what we paid.
