Gary and team were amazing. Very patient with me as I learned how to buy my first investment property. They are very straightforward and open and will treat you fairly. Gary has a lot of experience with real estate investing himself and works with many other investors, which makes a big difference. You need a loan provider that looks out for you, and Gary proactively called me several times during my deal to provide guidance. Gary was awesome to work with. I am buying my house late in the game, older buying my first house. He helped that dream come true. I have always dreamed of a home for me and my kids.
