Gary can get you approved when you think you cannot. He can negotiate and get you the best rates. We have used Gary 4 times now, twice on new purchases and twice on refi's Highly recommend!

Gary was absolutely fantastic! We were searching for a lender to complete our first home purchase and Gary was very professional and knowledgeable in every communication so we decided to go with him. Once the process started he held our hand the whole way through and made us feel comfortable every step a long the way. I will refer Gary Krakowski to anyone I come across looking to purchase.

Working with Gary on the purchase of our first home was a great experience for us. He is thorough and responsive, as well as honest and kind which made all the difference in our interactions with him. Nothing but the absolute respect for how he handles his craft. I alhave to admit. I was so nervous going into my first home loan after hearing all of the horror stories....but Gary Krakowski made it seem painless! He was able to get my loan processed in what had to be record timing. He always looked out for my personal interest to make sure i understood what was going on at every moment. Gary took the time to get to know my husband and I. He truly wanted to help us, not just his pocketbook. Not only did Gary help us buy our first home with an FHA loan, he also helped us refinance. Not only getting us a lower interest rate, but also getting us into a conventional loan so we could avoid PMI.

Gary is always available to answer any questions, responds quickly to messages or e-mails. Works to get you the best deal possible. Gary was extremely helpful through the entire process. He was very informative and communicated every step of the way. I was just coming off a foreclosure six years prior and did not think I was going to get approved at all. Gary worked extremely hard and was able to pull off what I thought was impossible and that's getting me into a home again for me and my family. I would highly recommend Gary to any of my family and friends.
