Remember this is a school so you need to be patient. These appointments take a little longer than at a regular salon, and if you are very exacting, don't go there and expect a $200 service for $50 and then be upset if it didn't turn out exactly like you wanted it. The students and instructors do their best to give you what you want, but they are still students. Remember its hair it will grow back and there is always product to cover up a color!!
Keep in mind it is a learning facility and the students take more time. But the instructors are great and will make sure you leave satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

Groupon expired, so "free haircut", but lost $6.00 on $20.00 I bought it for.
I have gone, exclusively and weekly, to the GJA for more than 20 years and been very satisfied. The student-stylists are well trained and work closely under supervision. All are friendly and eager to please their guests. The products used are of high quality. I highly recommend GJA to all my friends.
Must remember they are students. They try their best to make the customer happy.
The service is amazing...well beyond my expectations.
