Jada was fantastic; she really made me feel at ease. I was quite anxious and nervous before, but she helped settle my nerves. She even provided me with a fidget toy, which was a thoughtful touch. Jada showed immense kindness and care, taking the time to explain things thoroughly. When I found it difficult to grasp what she was asking, she patiently rephrased her explanations in a way that made it much clearer for me.

I truly appreciate and trust Estela . She taken me for some of my lowest lows to i can see a wonderful difference in myself that she has incorporated hard work to get there. She truly asset to your company. She gives me homework, education and food for thought. It's been a journey and some still to go, but with Estela I feel confident I am going to be alround better person. Thank you Estela.

Poor. Called me after 7 months of waiting for new counselor that accepted Humana. THEY called me and said had opening. Scheduled and had first virtual appt. The day before second appt, called and said she was not qualified to take Humana.I would have to pay out of pocket, Poor, what a let down. Does Genesis need counseling on how to run the office? Check, they wanted me to pay for appts scheduled in advance for 5 visits out of pocket. Sad, with everything going on.
