Poor. Called me after 7 months of waiting for new counselor that accepted Humana. THEY called me and said had opening. Scheduled and had first virtual appt. The day before second appt, called and said she was not qualified to take Humana.I would have to pay out of pocket, Poor, what a let down. Does Genesis need counseling on how to run the office? Check, they wanted me to pay for appts scheduled in advance for 5 visits out of pocket. Sad, with everything going on.
