Jada was fantastic; she really made me feel at ease. I was quite anxious and nervous before, but she helped settle my nerves. She even provided me with a fidget toy, which was a thoughtful touch. Jada showed immense kindness and care, taking the time to explain things thoroughly. When I found it difficult to grasp what she was asking, she patiently rephrased her explanations in a way that made it much clearer for me.

The process should be clearly explained and stated. If there is no intention of leaving the appointment with a prescription- that should be made clear. Not after you’ve spent 1/4 of your life filling out forms. To which I still don’t understand the point of because K Washington literally asked me EVERY QUESTION that I had already answered on the questionnaires.
