Great counselors who always help me to get to the root issue of the problem. I have had a lot of trauma in my life and I am sorting through with guidance of my counselor.

I have been seeing my therapist BG off and on for the past 10 years. He has always provided open dialogue with sounds guidance. I am a better person because of therapy and I call him my sifter- getting rid of those thoughts/ habits/ behaviors that no longer serve me to my highest level of well being.
