I have been seeing my therapist BG off and on for the past 10 years. He has always provided open dialogue with sounds guidance. I am a better person because of therapy and I call him my sifter- getting rid of those thoughts/ habits/ behaviors that no longer serve me to my highest level of well being.

Jada was fantastic; she really made me feel at ease. I was quite anxious and nervous before, but she helped settle my nerves. She even provided me with a fidget toy, which was a thoughtful touch. Jada showed immense kindness and care, taking the time to explain things thoroughly. When I found it difficult to grasp what she was asking, she patiently rephrased her explanations in a way that made it much clearer for me.
