booked appointment for my daughter...received paperwork to complete and 2 confirmation emails. next thing I know I receive a phone call stating appointment is canceled. call and the girl throws the other person under the bus stating she should not have booked her...we're moving..I can get her in in September...incompetent staff is not a good sign to start. this appointment was booked recently not a ling time ago mind you...

Ever since Dr. Persha left this Gentle Dental has gone downhill. The dentist I believe replaced him, Dr. Baer, is great. However, when I went into what I thought was an appointment with her, I was given to a Dr. Rick, who now has caused me to want to switch to a different dental care facility.
RecommendedBoth myself and my wife have been a patient of Dr. Persha for a few years now and can’t say enough great things about him and the practice. He is the only doctor we have ever had that will actually call you the next day to see how you are doing after non-routine procedures which always amazes us. He never pressures us into anything we don’t want or need done and always gives us options if available. My wife was very nervous leaving our last dentist after we moved but very happy we found Dr. Persha. We also love Christie... read more

RecommendedThis dental practice has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is kind and receptive. The oral surgeon is skilled and has a great understanding and compassion for patient. The assistant was caring and personable. The dentist is knowledgeable, skilled, and explains the procedures and options. He’s got a great personality besides. Costs are reasonable with my dental plans. I’ve had 3 appointments at Gentle Dental, I left feeling comfortable and confident that I was cared for at the right place.
