RecommendedTo anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr Drew Webster, and his assistant, at Capitol Dental in Eugene Oregon. They made me feel very safe and comfortable, very caring people. I've never been to a nicer or more profession dental office. Thank You!

Since Dr Webster left in March this dentist office has become unfriendly and has no problem telling off their patients.
I now have to wait months to get into another dentist to fix what was messed up during a simple procedure. Very Very Very disappointed - and I agree about the front desk gal - she is a nightmare.

Worst place ever. Unprofessional and rude. Office Manager the worst. Very unpleasant to speak with not compassionate whatsoever. They didn’t return any phone calls took a week. I have A bad tooth that has been giving me trouble she said we can’t do anything until your next appointment which was a month later.Tried to state my frustrations respectfully she hung up on me just like that!!! I needed help in a bad situation where I was in pain and very vulnerable and wasn’t helped!
I don’t do this often but i will voice my opinion here on this one! This place is horrible!!! I went here for the first time due to constant pain and when I was seen the dentist told me he didn’t see anything serious that would be causing this pain by the looks of my Xrays. He told me I was probably just grinding my teeth at night and suggested I get a night guard which I did. The dentist who pulled my tooth was so rude! Then I had to come in the next day because I was in so much pain crying, just very uncomfortable and they said they “couldn’t do anything”. Horrible customer service!
