The dentist's are great this is the only reason I continue to go there. The office manager "Becky" is terrible. Last time I was there she wouldn't let me go back with my 11 year old during the appointment for the orthopedic surgeon. Even the other person in the waiting room was questioning what a solution would be and she told him it was none of their business. It seems they don't care about emergencies at all. I have been in pain for so long and they call me to cancel my appt. that I have waited for for a very long time. Rescheduled for 20 days later. I need that filling as it is killing me. And on the other side I hardly have a tooth left and it is killing my temple and ear. I hope I don't have poison in there, infection, in my head from it. Worst experience with any sort of doctor. First let me say that I have OHP and every time I go here to get the runaround is an absolute detriment to my finances and my health. I went in last April (2019) when I had a molar break suddenly. They determined it was not an emergency, that if it does become painful to call. So we did the whole new patient intake procedure instead. The absolute worse place I have ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been going there because they took ohp and I live close by. I started going there about 2 years almost. You know how you usually have two cleaning appointments a year. Well it took them three separate appointments over for one cleaning. I feel they are milking the insurance company. I started my experience at Smile Keepers Sept 2014. I had my new patient exam then a week later had a small cavity filled. I thought it was great that I only had to wait a week. It only got worse from that point on. I had to wait until December to get my teeth cleaned. That is when they discovered a cavity in one of my molars. The hygienist is a sadist. She will say you need multiple appts for your cleaning when you never have needed more than one in the past. And be prepared to be in pain through the entire procedure. I went there 4 years ago and was tortured in the chair. I complained about her. Never went back. A friend just told me about being tortured in the hygenist's chair and being told she'd need multiple appts. Same hygienist. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST IF YOU CAN AVOID IN ANY WAY!
