Would absolutely not recommend. There is no communication between the doctor and scheduling staff. I went for a cleaning and exam (I expressed the importance of doing both in 1 appointment due to difficulty taking time off work). I get there and they say there's no time for both. I'll need two appointments. I made an appointment for a crown prep. I get there and they only scheduled me for a regular appointment and don't have time to do the 2 hour crown prep. appointment, etc... I will never go back. Most disorganized busines... read more
another unauthorized charge from the crooks at Gentle Dental.. a year after I moved back to the East Coast and these fu*king @ssholes are charging my card out of the blue.. don't ever give these lowlifes your debt card.

Staff was nice. But the dentist who did one of my fillings messed up my tooth and when I tried to explain and get back into their office due to pain, because it's a Oregon health plan (OHP) they said it be a month out even though I was in pain. On top of that my OHP ran out because I make $20 bucks too much to be on it. They told me my insurance was no more and I said it shouldn't matter the dentist messed my tooth up he should still look at it and fix the problem he made in the first place. The dentists and hygienists are excellent and they do great work. However this is the worst run office I have ever experience. They have lost four appointments. I have called them again and again and they do not answer. They sometimes take a while before they can find the file of one of their patients. I am ready to bill them for the time and gas they wasted on appointments they lost or cancelled without informing us. Frankly, I would recommend to go somewhere else.
Worst experience I've had with any dental clinic. My first appointment was in September. They booked me out 8 months for a cleaning & about 3 months for cavities causing severe pain. I was told I needed 1 extraction. When I was having the extraction done, the dentist was complaining how difficult the tooth was to get to because another was in the way. They were the worst dentist I have ever been to. They made my first pair of dentures and as soon they where saying my dentures were made wrong they have make another pair. Which had me looking like monkey mouth. So another appointment was set so I can see about my new dentures. Okay now a new pair was done I was so excited. I called to schedule an appointment in early July 2021. They scheduled me for the end of September. Turned out it was just for x-rays. Then I would have to wait until March-April 2022 to get a cleaning and treatment. That is 10 MONTHS since my initial call! They didn't even let me see the doctor; it was either take your x-rays NOW or leave/stop wasting our time. . Honestly these people are the worst ever.not compassionate whatsoever unprofessional to speak with. Office manager was rude and disrespectful tried to get an appointment for my infection in my tooth she literally said she couldn't do anything until my next appointment a month later.couldn't get me into a ER visit didn't offer any suggestions whatsoever very shortz.
