Dr. Lee is young but he has good technique; I've never experienced such a painless needle insertion, and I went to my childhood dentist for over 20 years. The ladies at the desk are nice and they try to be very accomodating with scheduling. It was such a good experience I've logged into my girlfriend's account to leave a review.

I have been going to many dentists over the years and these folks are as good as it gets! From the friendly greetings by Bobbi(great fingernails) and Myya to the dental assistants and the dentist (Dr. Zhang)herself, I was made welcome. Even the office manager says , "hello." Going to the dentist can be very stressful. With this office, I can receive treatment and not walk away stressed. Great people and excellent dentistry! I am so happy this is MY dentist office.

I have been using them since my first kid started seeing a dentist. Dr. Bergeson and nurse Kay have made the Dentist trips amazing and fun for my 4 kids .. And the ladies at the front desk are wonderful about quick easy scheduling and combing kids appointments so I don't make a ton of trips. I would recommend them to everyone. If you have a kid that has a hard time at the dentist, try this office cause they make it fun.. My kids are always excited to come :) thank you smile keepers ..

Our family has been getting great dental care at Smile Keepers in Eugene for the last 5 years. I have recommended this office to many families but never thought to review them on Yelp until now. As someone who went years without dental care, I was afraid of what I would hear when I got my first exam. Dr. Bergeson put me at ease and made a care plan to get me back on track. I have Dr. Lee, hes great, but the establishment as a whole is great. All the staff are kind, caring, and professional. I'd highly recommend

with oregon health plan, so we are treated like the lowest of the low, 6 months out for an appt, if life changes and you have to chang the appt its another 6 months or more, go else where they say our teeth are part of our health but then make us wait a year, clearly they dont care about us low lifes

There's ALWAYS A PROBLEM because they are understaffed and new staff is overwhelmed. The lab in my case NEVER GETS THE FIRST ORDER CORRECT. I had to wait almost 4 months for a new denture and when the 2nd final one came back,it still wasn't right and the Doctor and Assistant gave me attitude like it was my fault. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE YOU WANNA CURSE THEM OUT. I just had the worst experience I've ever had in a dental office. My hygienist name was Kristen. Her bedside manner was atrocious, she was incredibly arrogant and simultaneously dimwitted. She was incredibly sloppy while doing the procedure, dragging the hook across my gums. I've never had so much discomfort during an evaluation. I'll be filing a complaint with the state dental board. This person should not be working around other human beings. She would be better off shoveling manure where no one had to interact with her.

The dentist was very rude and tried to convince me to get expensive dental work that I do not need. His bedside manner is horrible I would not recommend him to anyone.
