Our home is 13 years old and we just found out we need to replace the entire unit. CJ was extremely professional and polite and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything and all our options and we were very happy once again. I would recommend George Brazil to anyone.
RecommendedNathan S and Chuck W came out to the house to check the duct work system. They were very professional and get me up to date with what they were doing, what they were going to do to fix the loss of air they discovered, and did the work quickly and correctly. Chuck went up to the crawlspace to make sure the duct work was connected correctly and found that a duct from the back of the house to the ac was not connected. Like everyone else here, CJB was polite and courteous. He explained what was needed in simple direct language that even a simple minded old fool like me could understand.
