Nathan S and Chuck W came out to the house to check the duct work system. They were very professional and get me up to date with what they were doing, what they were going to do to fix the loss of air they discovered, and did the work quickly and correctly. Chuck went up to the crawlspace to make sure the duct work was connected correctly and found that a duct from the back of the house to the ac was not connected.
