I bought my house in early 2015. It came with a service contract and warranty on my AC/heat unit with George Brazil. The unit was installed in 2014; I have no complaints. Their technician, Rose M. is always courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & competent.

Michelle J was very knowledgeable and helpful when our heat-pump started acting up. She pointed out that the 26 year old unit wasn't going to get any better. She'd would have fixed it if I wanted and was quite professional when it came time to decide on a replacement. I highly recommend her and the George Brazil company.
George Brazil installed my AC unit 7/2011. I purchased a 5 year Maintenance Agreement with the unit consisting of 2 unit checks a year. I am so glad I purchased that. The office staff has called me each time to schedule the unit check right on time and they were very polite. I have had the same Tech through the whole 5 years... LANCE. Steve & Anthony replaced some duct work, did a great, clean job. They were very busy the entire time. Thanks again for an excellent job, sealing up the duct that were 50 years old and rust from the swamp cooler. Here's to lower heating and cooling bills.
