Jorge V. and Alex V, installed our new air conditioning and heating system. Both were very professional. All our questions were answered and they took time to explain teach us how to work the new thermostat that they installed.
We are selling our house and the Buyer requested an AC service and inspection. This was our first time contacting George Brazil for AC work, but as we've used them for plumbing for years we thought we'd give them a try. Conrad S was the expert technician sent out to help us. We had two new Air Conditioning units installed today. Valentino A, Ivan G,and Greg T. spend all day at our home installing the units. They introduced themselves and asked if we had any questions before they started. They were polite and professional. Had an awesome experience today with Rodrigo A. He and his colleague were consummate professionals. They were here for 10 hours in extreme heat and encountered some unexpected problems along the way. He was reassuring and friendly and even dealt with my three boys throughout! Truly lovely guy and yet again a great George Brazil experience.
We have had several problems with a York unit that GB installed, but I believe it is the York defects and not the service people. Each of the service people that have come to check it have gone way beyond expectations to make things right. Mike F showed up yesterday on time, with a smile and spent several hours in the heat on our roof. Very courteous and professional, Mike answered any questions we had and in terms we could understand. Camilo A with Vincent A and Rhino F installed our new York Affinity 5 tons 16 Seers HVAC system today. They were very professional and accommodating. They put additional supply in our master bedroom and a return to make the air circulation and cooling better.
