I had my grandmas A/c unit checked out today and Rusty E. Was absolutely wonderful! Not only was he patient and kind with her, he went above and beyond to get the temp and the vents blowing just the way she wanted/needs!! Highly recommend George Brazil and Rusty!

I have been using George Brazil A.C. for years and their service is top notch. Their people really know what they are doing, their service is fast, courteous, and the work outstanding. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give them an 11. They really are that good. Michelle Jolly is the technician I have dealt with the most, she really knows her job and is super at giving helpful advice. Calvin W and his partner Robert A did an amazing job with installation on my new unit. Very personable and customer service orientated .It was hot in attic and outside and they persevered and never heard a complaint. They were not in a hurry and took their time with each step of the process. The care they took in protecting my house with laying plastic and tarps was awesome plus I do believe I heard them vacuuming too! George Brazil A/C gave us a great price and our 2 service installers were very efficient and hard working ... Delroy G was up in our hot attic and worked like he was proud of his training and knowledge.... he instilled confidence in my husband and myself... we had been through 3 days of heat and wanted reassurance that we were getting a great unit and a great job ! we got both with Delroy G.

We had Mike Fetters out on Friday 6/03/2016 to increase blower speed. He was very prompt & explain to us what he was doing . he made sure we knew what he done & asked if we needed anything else & he put on his fancy shoe covers before he came into our home. we just got this new air about 3 weeks ago & we are very please with the way George Brazil company.Over the years we had several different companies but GEORGE BRAZIL is the best one by far. Even the people whos answer the phones are great !!

I was in a real bind with people coming over in the evening and no A/C. But the good people at George Brazil sent me an excellent representative in Manny to fix my Air Conditioner and save the day! Manny was courteous, efficient and empathetic to my situation and got to the heart of the problem very quickly. I will be sure to call on George Brazil again and ask for Manny. Thank you!
