George Brazil has taken care of us for years and that continued today with Michelle J. coming out, assessing the problem (upstairs A/C not working), recommending some options for repairs or replacement, explaining the issues in great detail, and so I could understand and explain to my husband by phone. She was thorough, friendly, nice to my dog, and gave me a good feeling about the decision to replace the unit.
