Michelle J did an outstanding job today in diagnosing why are water heater wiring was shorted. Turns out it was because of a dirty filter in our tenant's air condition unit that caused the drain to be clogged As such, the water backed up onto the water heater located below the unit. Michelle was very professional in her approach and did a great job in describing how to mange that environment going forward.
