From the initial phone call to the installation of our new awesome entire AC unit, we are extremely satisfied with this company. Our AC went out - making an appointment was a breeze. The next day Kelley came out and we hoped it was going to be a simple repair, but we kind of figured that our 16 year old unit was beyond its years after tons of repairs by other companies - just didn't expect what all was wrong with it. Had Kelly out to our house today. He was very professional. Went up on the roof and checked out the A/C unit. We had had it serviced last summer by another company that came out and charged almost $600 and the work didn't even hold up for 2 summers. Anyway, the unit is beyond what we can afford to do, but you should be proud of the fact that you have someone like Kelly working for you. I called George Brazil about an AC problem. Josh W was out in 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgable. He figured out the problem and ordered a new unit under warranty. I am very pleased with this company and especially Josh.
