Eddie Padilla was very professional when he came to our home. He checked out our A/C and informed us about the inspection. He was clear when he told us about his findings. He explained the bill and what the maintenance agreement would entail. Eddie was not pushy in trying to sign us up for the maintenance plan. We would refer George Brazil if ask for a HVAC company.
I had to have a brand new a/c unit installed, George Brazil A/C & Heating Co. was able to come the next day to do the install. Mick C.,Steve D., and Camilo Jr were at our house for almost 6 hours to do the install a 3-ton York A/C unit. They were very professional and courteous, they let me know what work they would be doing. They explained and showed me how the thermostat works, how to replace the filter. I appreciated the call before the service professional (Nate) arrived to check out my AC. He was on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Honesty and customer service are important to me and I believe I have found both. I would certainly recommend this company.

Jason Hoxie was the first one here to install a new air conditioning unit. He called ahead of time (since is was early a.m.) and was very prompt. He introduced himself and explained in full detail what would be happening. Asked me if I had any questions; told him that at that point I did not but might later on. He was very but yet was extremely professional. I would venture a guess that he is an excellent employee for the company. He also reexplained the control system to me which was helpful.
Jason with George Brazil Air Conditioning did a fantastic job checking my A/C , and helping me to understand the issue I was having. I had George Brazil instal a ne a/c unit on Thursday, May 14th, 2015. A few hours after installation, the a/c STOPPED workng. The unit would not blow any air. I WAS NOT HAPPY. I recently had George Brazil provide and install a new AC unit for my house. The entire experience was positive, from the sales rep (Dan H.) to the install crew (Sid D., Troy V., and Chuck W.). Everyone was very responsive and they did a great job. The price was also very reasonable when compared to other estimates I received from competing companies. The customer service reps were also very responsive, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend George Brazil.
