RecommendedI had a new HVAC system installed yesterday in my Ahwatukee home. Oscar C was very professional throughout the whole day. He explained what he was going to do and kept me posted on the progress of the install. He took the time to explain the thermostat and answered all my questions before leaving. I love my new system! It appears to cool the house much better, without the hot and cool spots that I had before. And it is so quiet! Thanks to Oscar C and George Brazil.
We had AC and furnace installed yesterday Mick C, Steve D, and Isaac were awesome they worked together as a team and got the job done professionally. They were very neat they took away the old furnace and AC units in all we couldn't have been happier with them.

George Brazil's difference is their people. They find ways to solve your problem and get the job done instead of looking for ways to get out of finishing. In the last case a coil replacement turned into a large job because the new coil was larger. Instead of 3 hours it took 7 hours. My tech's stayed until 10:30pm on a Friday night to finish there job that started in the afternoon.
Calvin, Jason, and Sherwin installed a new split unit today. Appt was made, they called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Very professional, polite, and extremely clean workers. Finished install and went over all the information in a professional and informative manner. Would highly recommend George Brazil Air for all services. Thank you for fantastic service from office appt setting to finished job, excellent service!

great friendly service! the installation techs Jesus L. and Sherwin H. were clean and friendly workers even tho i had a power outrage during the install of my new system they kept working on what ever they could and kept a smile on and got the job done! I had my air conditioning/heating unit checked by Service Pro NATE S. He was professional, knowledgeable and willing to educate me on the best way to keep my unit working well. He encouraged me to watch and learn. There was no pressure or worry that I would have to get my unit serviced or new parts purchased (which is always in the back of your mind when you have no knowledge about what's being checked by a company you've never used before).
