great friendly service! the installation techs Jesus L. and Sherwin H. were clean and friendly workers even tho i had a power outrage during the install of my new system they kept working on what ever they could and kept a smile on and got the job done! I had my air conditioning/heating unit checked by Service Pro NATE S. He was professional, knowledgeable and willing to educate me on the best way to keep my unit working well. He encouraged me to watch and learn. There was no pressure or worry that I would have to get my unit serviced or new parts purchased (which is always in the back of your mind when you have no knowledge about what's being checked by a company you've never used before). I took advantage of the advertised (AZ Republic) special $19.55 A/C tune-up, and Nathan Soudani did the work. Wow. This is exactly the type of service professional you want to take care of your home. It's clear that Nate loves his work and operates in the best interest of the customer.
