Everything was great
There were a lot of repeat documents signed during the closing but otherwise it was a smooth process
George was in constant communication and was very helpful in replying to any requests I had or questions I posed.
Good experience
Very simple and smooth process. I was kept up to date with either requests for additional information or with a message to let me know things were on track, and no action was needed. The online tools were easy to use and helped to speed up the process. Overall very happy with my experience.
The process was easy and well organized. One thing to be aware of is when someone calls the owner and says their from “George Reid’s team” etc, it comes off as pretentious. If I have a loan officer, I want to hear from them not someone on their “team”
We have been happy having our mortgage with PennyMac, and when we knew we wanted to refinance, it only made sense to stay. George Reid and the mymacteam were very communicative and the process was clear, simple and relatively quick. Thanks again, we greatly appreciate it!
