The loan fell through because of communication the first time and almost done the same thing the second time. Somehow everybody does not see all the documentation sent in because I had to send the same thing over and over at least four times.
George did a great job. However the phone system at Penny was awful. Another issue is it was impossible to get ahold of your service representative you would leave messages asked for someone to call you back and it would never happen. Also when you did call back in the information you received was always different every person who answered the phone gave you a different message this way to the loan process very confusing and in some cases I thought that I was being scammed.
This was the simplest no hassle loan process I have ever experienced in over 40 years of buying homes or refinancing. George Reid was very helpful, prompt and informative making every step of the process very easy. This is a no Brainer, refinance with PennyMac and ask for George. Reid.
He reached out to see if we had any questions once the process started and usually when an agent does that they aren't actually expecting questions but that first call I just flooded him with questions and he answered every one. He reassured me I could call him at any time if I came up with more questions. We anticipated a long closing because of all the other applications but the next call was scheduling a closing almost a month earlier than expected. Everything went smoothly 😊
