Amazing! The process was very quick and easy. I was able to get my house refinanced in less than 30 days. The team was awesome with communications and updating me throughout the whole process. I was blessed to be able to refinance for the number of years requested and received a better rate than I expected. Once we got hold of a loan agent on the phone, the whole process was quick and easy. Everyone was very patient and explained clearly, and all the estimated time frames were met or exceeded.

If the rate and closing costs were lower for a 100% Disabled Veteran then this refinance would be great but the loan officer charged us too much, I requested a 5K total costs for this refinance but she charged more than the requested amount so we’re not happy.
