Service visit They were very timely in registering me in for the service. They did the service quickly and had me out in short time. The only problem is they forgot to reset my alert that says I need an oil change.

George Wall Ford SHrewsbury everyone there works together as a team and the guy that greets you at your car as you pull in for service has an excellent personality... initial impressions are so important he's great i apologize though because i never really caught his name 5 stars to him personally !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tire Repair I had a tire with a leak and called two days before I was leaving for a trip which I planned to take the MKC. The Service Department fit me into the schedule and I had my car back by early afternoon. Great job.

Our 4th lease from GWF, always a great experience! The salesman Joe Celli was great, very helpful and courteous. Our existing Ford lease was due to expire in DEC 2015, we made an apt to see what our options would be to either buyout the lease or turn it in and lease a replacement. Joe C worked with us to get us into a new Ford Escape that had the features we wanted that same night. We went home with a 2015 Escape Titanium Demo with 5400 miles.
