Good buying experience I had a good experience purchasing a car at Wall. The staff was efficient and able to get things done in a timely manner.
Trustworthy My car is 6 years old - I have brought it in for service since the day I got it. I have never felt pressured into getting services that I didn't need. I have always felt you were honest and the staff was always courteous and accommodating.

Service visit They were very timely in registering me in for the service. They did the service quickly and had me out in short time. The only problem is they forgot to reset my alert that says I need an oil change.

Tire Repair I had a tire with a leak and called two days before I was leaving for a trip which I planned to take the MKC. The Service Department fit me into the schedule and I had my car back by early afternoon. Great job.
