Cargo van repair The desk staff is wonderful, but what seems to be out of their control is the amount of time needed for repairs. The last time the van was in, I believe it took 3 days, and this time, 4. I don't know whether it's due to overbooking service appointments, understocking parts, etc. When the repairs are made, the vehicle is fixed. I would also note that this is a 14 year old vehicle that is showing it's age. However, the last time it was in, I lost a hub cab after tires were rotated. The hubcaps had been there f... read more

Great service I came in with a flat tire and your service department fitted me in to change the tire as well as a maintenance check up which was due in 2 weeks Your customer service reps were very pleasant

Service as Expected I purchased the protection package covering tires, etc. and was happy I did. a blown out tire was replaced as expected. My service advisor, Justin Schwartz took care of everything. No trouble at all.
