Review of repair to our 2009 Explorer Had an engine failure just before the end of my extended warranty, but Ford stood by their commitment. Coincidently, they provided a Lincoln MK/c as a loaner car while they replaced the engine. We were so impressed with the MK/C we bought a new one (thank you Justin, our service associate!!!!!!). If we had not been given the Lincoln as a loaner we would not considered a Lincoln vehicle (we were looking at another Explorer but didn't like 2015/2016 model - so we would have bought a BMW X3... read more
