Our experience at George Wall Ford Lincoln Good experience. Service Reps are always very responsive. Always have a good ex[perince at George Wall
Mr. Robert Zerr 2011 Ford Escape. Service has been great, no problems, all who I dealt with were very friendly, especially Bill McVitty, service Mgr. They advised when some other things should be fixed or serviced, but no high pressure stuff. Only thing didn't really like, was the high cost of plugging a tire when it had a big screw removed. I think $30 plus per tire is a little much. I worked in a gas station when I was younger, real easy and only took a few minutes, and plug lasted for the life of the tire. Only complaint ... read more
