Mr. Robert Zerr 2011 Ford Escape. Service has been great, no problems, all who I dealt with were very friendly, especially Bill McVitty, service Mgr. They advised when some other things should be fixed or serviced, but no high pressure stuff. Only thing didn't really like, was the high cost of plugging a tire when it had a big screw removed. I think $30 plus per tire is a little much. I worked in a gas station when I was younger, real easy and only took a few minutes, and plug lasted for the life of the tire. Only complaint ... read more

Great car with EXCELLENT service!! The 2013 Ford Taurus that I bought to replace my Lincoln, that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, might just be the best car I have ever owned in my 60 years of owning cars!! There is not a single negative I can say after 2 1/2 years which is something in this day & age! My first experience with my new service advisor, Justin, was excellent!
