My wife and I had a pleasant experience at Gerry Wood KIA. The sales staff and service department went out of there way to make us welcomed and appreciated as customers. It has been over 14 yrs since we bought a new car and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new KIA or other vehicle.

Sales Rep was very knowledgeable about the cars and helpful as I was deciding between the different engines and trim levels. The Finance Manager was also helpful and made it easy to complete the transaction.
WE had Obie Dancy at Gerry Wood Kia in Salisbury! We received the utmost service and kindness from him and Matt the Manager. It was the best service we have received from a dealership!! We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee for a extended test drive and went in the next day to purchase it. Rashad, our salesman was very upfront about everything and super understanding! The finance manager, Eric was an extreme disappointment to say the least and if it hadn’t been for me loving this Jeep and getting a great deal on it plus Rashad being so great to work with I honestly would have walked out. Very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson, her name was Cat. Dealership is first cabin in looks and feel. I would recommend others and purchase from there again.
Very knowledgeable and patient staff. Everyone was very nice. No one ever tried to pressure me into a purchase I didnt want or need. Overall great experience
The sales staff was very attentive and made us feel right at home. We took about a three hour ride to this dealer since they had the vehicle we were looking for in stock and on the lot. The drive was well worth it and we got a great deal on the vehicle and were made very welcome by the staff. Will definitely consider future vehicle purchases with the Gerry Wood Group as well.
Went in to test drive one car, talked about a couple other used cars and not budging on a set payment with no money down. We were able to walk away with that and they worked very hard to make us happy. Would buy from again, of course not for a little while as this was our second car and we only need two lol.
