Call scheduled appt and when dropping off was greeted nicely and car was ready for pick up when promised . They ran it thru the wash also love that service

We went in so late minute it was 5:50 they were very patient with us and took there time and they sold us. Great!
I did a lot of my investigation on line before going to buy my new car. I chose Gerry Wood Kia. My sales person was Martin Bailey. Martin met us at the door and greeted us warmly. He showed us the car, showed us everything about it and expertly explained everything. He synced our phones. To the car an explained how it works. Martin was great to work with. We have used Gerry Wood Kia to service our 2004 Kia van since it was purchased new by us. The service department staff is first rate and make every effort to provide the service we need when we need it. We recently traded for a new Kia van and love the new one as much as we loved our older one. It is comforting to know the service staff will be there for us again should we need them. I would just like to thank my son Reginald Johnson for the second time now on a well job he's done once again finding me a another Ford F-150. I never have to wait around a dealership a long time. Came in to get car serviced and while there spoke with Obie Dancy about a possible trade for a used truck. Obie and the others went out of their way to make a great deal for me, but I was unable to make the trade at that time. I expressed I was going to have to keep my car and go with an older truck at a good price. Within a few days Obie called me back and said he had an older f150 traded in that I might be interested in. Jimmy Yelland and Josh Kalowick (the manager) were amazing! This was our first time buying a new car at a dealership! It was a long process but that worked hard for my husband and I and in the end we got what we wanted! We were a little indecisive and unsure but they took the time and them some to help us out.
