My husband and I purchased a Kia Optima in November. The winter was a cold one temps in single digits. My battery died 3 weeks after purchasing our Optima. I returned to Gerry Wood Kia and spoke with the store manager. He checked my battery and agreed the battery was no good. I have bought cars in the past and had awful times. The waiting, the stress, just miserable. But then a light was shown on Gerry woods Kia. And we met junior quinones. He was awesome. Made this no stress at all. Was just wonderful.
