I did not think that I would drive off the lot with a new car but Brandon made it possible, he did an amazing job!
I came in knowing what car I wanted and knowing the price. The sales guy Martin was very helpful and friendly. He quickly got me in the car to test drive it. The negotiations were tough but friendly and very informative. Ultimately they got me in the car I wanted and we ended the day on a good note. Good dealer with nice inventory.
It has been a terrific experience working with Reginald Johnson and Tiffani. Gerry Wood Kia has two great employees that really cares more about the customer and their needs, wants, and satisfaction. The folks in the service Chris and Kyle are so great at their job . They keep you informed on the progress of the job and time before done then they explain what is found and if it needs to fixed soon or can wait. They always ask if you want your car washed if weather is good.
Jimmy Yelland was very understanding and helped me get a car in my price range. Josh Kalowick was also helpful by working with the bank for me
Last month I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima for my wife, which she loves. Personally I've been driving an almost-19-year-old Ford truck, that I loved. I purchased a vehicle from the Kia Store just because of the service i received! As soon as i walked in i was greeted and the salesman Rashad even offered to get me water and coffee! He listened to what i was trying to do and made it happen i couldn’t be more Happy about my Purchase! Mike the manager was very nice as well! Gerry Wood has some really good staff !
