Being female, I was greated with respect and genuine friendliness. Having found the car on the internet, I called the dealership and was directed to Jimmy, my initial salesman. He was very courteous and encouraged me to come and view the car. Upon arrival the car was parked and waiting for my test drive. There was no pressure to purchase. Of course, their professionalism and the car sold itself. I would definitely recommend the dealership and use their services again.
It was a very easy decision to buy the car and thee sales person that I deadly with made it all the more easy very personable and way to talk to and ask questions the whole experience was enjoyable considering it was adding a new car payment.
We had been looking for my wife a slightly used car that would be better on gas and also trade in our 2009 Dodge Journey. I liked the looks of the KIA Sedona van. This the first KIA EX Van at I had a chance to buy and I liked it.
We enjoyed the service and professionalism that we received at Gerry Wood. I owned a Kia Rio years ago that I purchased from the dealership and was impressed with the low pressure, high attention to detail that was present at Gerry Wood. I would definitely consider doing business with them again at a later date.
