This is the second car that I brought from Gerry Wood KIA. Each time was very easy no pressure and your needs come firts. Jake was very friendly and very knowledgable of all vehicles. This is the way car buying should be. Steve got me the deal that I wanted and also sold a vehicle to a family member at the same time. The service center is very friendly, professional and fast. Our experience was fantastic and it helped greatly to have a salesman like Terry Gandy. While buying a car is almost always a time consuming task, Mr.Gandy made it much better than we have ever experienced. oh my god what a great experience!... I hate car dealers and salesmen period but what a great experience. I went in not intending to buy a car, for another reason entirely; buying a new car was the last thing on my mind and left with a car I absolutely love. I was so impressed I will go back just because of the staff. The staff was friendly, responsive and so none pressure it was great and the car is really sweet!

We went in to see about prices just pricing a car for future purchaseing and fell in love with the KIA Optima. Steve Austin was so very helpfull did not pressure us into anything worked with us again with no pressure.
