The receptionist was kind and f rude and blunt getting us directed to our appointment. The salesman was nice but not entirely professional, they tried to add a bs surcharge of $880 to the cost of my car along with dealership fees, for a bS service. The guy that walked us through all the paperwork was completely unprofessional and had a tactics were nothing but trying to push the sale of their overpriced service plan. Mechanic left bolts loose and out on brake caliper. Had car 2 weeks to do a few hour job. Way too expensive. Car drives worse now then did before taking here for repair. Messed up rocker panels on car because car was put on lift wrong. Did not fix. Did not really even acknowledge it when brought to their attention. Very unsatisfied with this dealership. Not a good experience. They did do everything to get the sale but after the deal it’s like they didn’t care anymore. Have had to call in because never got back in touch with me after. I had to complain a lot before anyone would ever return my call. Was supposed to get a call from the service department to set up an appointment on Thursday or Friday. I don’t do reviews ever don’t ask again please it is very rude
Can someone please explain to me why it took 2. 5 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and change a few filters. I arrived at the dealership at 8;20 checked in at 8:30 for my 8:30 appointment and at 9:40 my car was still sitting at the same place it was when I checked in. The service advisor was very nice and professional and told me they were busy but that's why I made an appointment a week in advance.
Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Service department staff very incompetent. Car not serviced as scheduled. Service manager George Combs arrogant and disrespectful. Do not take your car here for service!
Our salesperson, Marshall, was great. He stayed in contact with us as we waited for the specific car we wanted to come in. However, his manager and the finance manager were difficult and rude and for this reason we will not do business here again. They were both pushy and the sales manager was very secretive about the additional fees associated with the total sale instead of just being forthright with us when we asked about it.
