I had the chance to work with Colby on purchasing my first home. He took the time to walk me through all of the programs and options and what he thought the best scenario could be. With all of his hard work we were able to close on time and he has since still answered any questions I have had. I appreciated all of his work and assist in the process.

She made things about buying both my homes very simple for me to understand. I bought my first home with her on a recommendation and I am glad I did. She kept my head up through the whole process so I went with her again with my second house. When I have questions for her for myself or friends she is there. She has been much appreciated over the years.

Our rent went up and we decided just to talk to someone to see if we were able to purchase a home. To our surprise, it was totally within our capabilities and budget! Ryan is incredibly friendly and approachable. But most importantly, he knows his stuff, which is very reassuring going through this process for the first time. He is very responsive - in fact I had to tell him to not respond once at 8pm to because it wasn't urgent, but he couldn't help himself and emailed back anyway. Everything went great. Had one issues being asked for the same documents a few times. Started to run into an issue with my VA home loan. Was getting told conflicting information. Had to call the VA. Eventually, it was all straightened out and we were able to close on time.

Best lender in the area bar none! Works hard to get the job done on time and communicates throughout the entire process. He helped me understand the entire process from start to finish and was able to get the loan completed in plenty of time for the closing of the house.
