I have heard people talk about the loan process and how daunting it can be. From the beginning, Justin told us what we needed and how the process would go. We was thorough and prompt as to what i would need to be able to us my VA benefits for this house. He surely guided my wife and I in the right direction and made this a painless experience! Justin was a vessel used to work a miracle for us! His response back to questions were fast, he always called back the same day even if I didn't leave a message. I made a huge mistake on my some paperwork from not reading it all the way through. I had a meltdown over the phone with Justin and he was so professional and kind and encouraging (I know that's not his job description, so thank you Justin). We will seek out his services in the future. Thank you Justin we love our new home.

Kyle was attentive, patient, and flexible. This was my first time buying a home and I had so many questions. I’m sure I made a lot of mistakes with the paperwork or meeting deadlines, but he walked me through everything! I would recommend Kyle to anyone. Brittany T. is also on his team. She was our processor. Brittany was incredibly patient with us. We had several technical issues getting all of the paperwork in to her, but she offered creative solutions and got us through it.
Open communication with instant responses and no fluff made this an amazing experience!!! Emails, text messages and phone calls as soon as something changed or responses came in. I am usually nervous to make decisions, especially like this. Nothing about this made me nervous in any way.
