Tracy was so amazing to work with. She was always so quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth for us. As a first time homebuyer, it was especially appreciated how each step along the way she took time to explain the process to us and answer any questions we had. Vinny was always on top of things during the mortgage process. He provided timely updates and kept us informed on what to expect for next steps. He was also readily available to answer our questions along the way. We had one issue come up and he was quick to get his supervisor involved to help resolve the situation and put our minds at ease.
