Going above and beyond what was needed for sure and providing advice on a personal level. Any time I called and had to leave a VM, my call was returned promptly and my inquiry was answered very quickly. I have NEVER worked with such a responsive and knowledgable team!

I started looking in Oct 2020 on and off and finally decided on a condo in Kirkwood. I have never been a homeowner and was nervous about the process. Between my realtor and Andy it was a seamless process. I could not believe how smoothly things went. They sent little videos explaining the process as we got to that point. Answered all my questions. Joe was so awesome, no matter what time of day it was if we texted or emailed he answered immediately. He kept us up to date with the status of our loan and why he needed information he requested. We would definitely refer friends and relatives to Joe!
We never even thought about the VA loan program - but David did! The entire process was so easy, buying a home out of state seems like it should have been more difficult, but he kept us informed every step of the way. The educational emails were helpful, I always understood what was happening and why. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
