Tracy and her team made buying our first home 100% more smooth than I thought it would be. She was an excellent communicator, personable and incredibly time efficient. We closed in right around 30 days! I would recommend working with Tracy for anyone who is looking to buy a home.
Tracy was fantastic at explaining everything. She is very knowledgeable and fantastic at her job.she explained interest rates. She explained how fha loans work. She also gave advice on how to save for property taxes next year. She always made sure to follow up with phone calls for any questions we had regarding any process.
Stormy is so knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. She helped answer so many questions immediately. Was realistic with all of the possible options for my home purchase. Every time we spoke it was like talking to a friend, relaxed, fun, and calming. She helped calm my anxieties through the whole process!
