Scott always had our best interest in mind and offered many solutions to make the process smoother and more beneficial to us. He was fast on completing the process, but thorough and efficient. We have complete faith in him, this being the second loan for which we have utilized his services.

My updated review is changed to: Was very pleased when Craig went through each of the numbers twice with us. He showed my wife and my wife showed me that we should expect about $3,600 back from Escrow Account. That is what convinced me to sign. We got the check today and it was only for $1,800. Yes, I am unhappy with this. After Craig got on the phone with my wife they seem to figure out it was at the year end for Insurance and somehow starting a new year took the other $1,800. Bullsnot.
