I didn't interact much with Dan, my husband is the financial manager for our family. However, I could tell from my husband's demeanor that working with Dan was not stressful, and the communications I got from Dan about the status of our loan and receiving and signing electronic documents was very accessible and thorough. The whole process was very streamlined, organized and professional. Thanks, Dan!

Joe and his team were so fast to get back to me with anything I needed. The process was organized, ran smooth & I received updates throughout so I always knew what was happening behind the scenes! As a first time home buyer, I went in pretty clueless and a little scared, but Joe explained everything so thoroughly to me and answered all of my questions making my first home buying experience so positive. I highly recommend Joe!

Kayci was extremely nice and walked us threw the process. She answered any questions we had even if I reached out late in the night. It took a little while for us to find a house because I was so picky but she stuck with us threw it all

Chelsey was wonderful to work with! This was our first time purchasing a home, and she called us shortly after we initially contacted her and walked us through the whole process and made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. Whenever we had a question she would respond promptly, and even when we had a few bumps in the road she worked with us to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. This was our second home we have purchased. Our first home was through an out of state mortgage lender and the process was nothing but stress and delays. For our second home purchase we decided to go local with Gershman Mortgage and with a local agent Jeremy Olander.The difference was night and Day! From Jeremy to the office team to the day of close we could not have been more impressed. If you want great service from approval letter to closing, Gershman is the only option for central Iowa!

We are SO grateful for Justin and his hard work. We first worked with a lender that was geared toward helping Veterans.
