I appreciated the proactive communication and the willingness to hop on a call to explain the more complicated aspects of the process, while having the flexibility to sign and process other documents virtually. Shari and Jennifer were always very responsive to questions and took out much of the anxiety typically experienced during the home buying process.

Jason is amazing! He made the whole process easy and smooth. He always answered our questions quickly and in ways we could understand. Not once did we feel like we were bothering him at all.
