Jennifer. Simply put. She was amazing. I had many questions through the whole process and she did her best to answer all of them even when it was not about the loan. She made the whole process seamless.
This is the first time purchasing a home on my own. Over the years I have heard how difficult of a process this is. With Craig and his team the process was relatively easy. Yes there were extra steps I had to take but in no way did I ever feel that the sale would not go through. I just sent my younger brother and sister-in-law to him for a refinance!

Tracy is AMAZING!!! We had some bumps along the way in our home sale/purchase and Tracy helped us navigate everything. She always remained calm and worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of. I've already recommended her to friends. The best!
I appreciated the proactive communication and the willingness to hop on a call to explain the more complicated aspects of the process, while having the flexibility to sign and process other documents virtually. Shari and Jennifer were always very responsive to questions and took out much of the anxiety typically experienced during the home buying process.
