Getting my mortgage through Ryan at Gershman was a smooth process. Ryan was always prompt to answer my calls and emails, and made himself available at my convenience for meetings. He patiently provided me with the payment amount for every iteration of loan amount and term that I asked for, and it was a lot. My closing went forward on time and without a hitch. Ryan was extremely thorough with every detail in setting up the mortgage of our home. He was available by phone or email at all times. There were no surprises; he reviewed everything with us patiently. Ryan is the most amazing loan officer! My loan was not cut and dry, ended up being a huge pain in the butt. He went above and beyond to make things happen for me! Literally, he had to jump through hoops to make my dream of owning a home possible and even though I don't see what goes on behind the scenes, I am sure he worked tirelessly to close my loan! He is great and I would never recommend anyone else!
Ryan Reed was so very helpful with during our home buying experience, he was recommended by our agent and we are SO glad we decided to go with him for our lending needs! Ryan is extremely professional, polite, and helpful, he was always there when I had questions and or needed guidance. We will definitely use Ryan for any future lending needs, refinancing, etc. and recommend that you reach out to him too!
Great and quick communication, very informative and resourceful. Didn't mind answering our millions of questions, phone calls, or emails. My opinion/view was he is honest and upfront. Closing only took 30 days, but we knew where we stood in 2 wks. :) We had some hiccups during the process, but overall everything was good. Disappointed with the no F/U afterwards and the fact that within 30 days, our loan was sold to another bank. Purpose of choosing a lender is to stay with them, not to go elsewhere.
Don was very nice and helpful. I felt I had a great experience. It was a little complicated sorting through some things that were needed last minute but he was very helpful in explaining everything and ensuring nothing was missed and we closed on time.
Don was a pleasure to work with and was always willing to get on the phone with me to answer any of the questions that I had as a first time home buyer. He went above and beyond to make himself available and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a new home.
